This is why we built Wedding Factory – our “custom happiness factory,” where we spread wedding enlightenment, craft wedding dreams, and restore the soul of weddings. We believe this is how we make the world a happier and more loving place (yes, our thoughts really go that deep! :))
Martina about Lucie:
Lucka. Probably the hardest worker and most inspiring person I have ever met in my life. Her pace is hard to keep up with - in a nutshell she is an engine, not only for herself but for everyone around her, including me.
She is responsible, reliable, sensible (she is always the more sensible of the two of us), practical (surprisingly, even here, she is always the one who can make our impossible dreams come true) and incredibly efficient. Simply a pro in every way. The Wedding Factory would never be where it is now if Lucka wasn't constantly asking "What's our next goal?" 🙂
She values her privacy more than anyone else. And when is she happiest? When she finally gets some time to herself, with Michal and Matýsek on endless walks with their dog, or riding their horses (yeah - she really has two mares!). She shares the environment she builds around herself with only a few people - but all the more deeply! Because when you get behind her introverted skin, you'll understand how much she's truly worth!
P.S.: If you ever see her at a wedding, or anywhere else, you will never see her standing still. Not even when she is about to eat. She is constantly controlling everything and everyone around her. That is the reason why is everything working perfectly around her.
Lucie about Martina:
Of the two of us, Marti is the more human, friendly, cheerful, creative and fun 😀 She is always the one who comes up with crazy "out of the box" ideas. She gives our weddings oomph and breaks the boundaries of the impossible.
We are each completely different, which is why we can complement each other so well and we always giggle that together we make the perfect woman. We are strong without each other, but we're even stronger together. I would compare us to the pair Sense and Sensibility - with Marťa being the Sensibility out of the two. And that's why when we say that we do something with our hearts and with love - it's mostly her. I don't know a more warm-hearted person.
In her private life, she is a dreamer, a traveler, a vegetarian, a big supporter of ecology, an animal rights and gender equality activist. She loves to explore new things, countries and people. She lives a healthy life, does sports and relaxes among people (that's the best way to recharge her batteries). She lives in the whirlwind of the big city with her husband Petr and her Yorkshire Pixel. In winter you can usually find her with a backpack somewhere in Asia. She gives love everywhere she goes. And if you get under her skin, she will be over the moon for you.
P.S.: I really enjoy using her as my "bad cop" - because she's tougher than me and when the going gets tough, she'll fight for us 🙂

Our assistants are incredible heartfelt people, hard workers, our right hands, and an integral part of the whole Wedding Factory."
